X-Class Soybean Website

Project Overview

Seedway, LLC developed X-Class, an innovative class of soybean varieties designed to optimize yield, disease resistance, and agronomic performance. My task was to design a modern, visually appealing, and informative website that effectively showcases the new product line while maintaining a balance between aesthetic appeal and educational content.

Inspired by Musashi’s philosophy of mastery through strategy, I approached this project with the mindset of balance, precision, and adaptability—essential traits in both design and agriculture. Just as a farmer must cultivate the land with care and foresight, a well-designed website must seamlessly guide users while delivering valuable insights.

I handled the entire website concept, design execution, and strategy, ensuring the site had a clean, engaging, and modern look. The goal was to create an experience that provided valuable information about X-Class Soybeans without being overly technical or overwhelming. The website needed to be cool, engaging, and easy to navigate, making it appealing to growers and industry professionals alike.

Additionally, I wrote most of the website copy with the assistance of AI, refining the tone and structure to ensure clarity and engagement while maintaining Seedway’s brand identity.

Key Features

Home Page Design

The homepage provides an immersive introduction to X-Class Soybeans with high-quality images, engaging copy, and clear CTAs (Calls to Action). The design emphasizes visual storytelling, making the information accessible and engaging without being overly complex.

Varieties Page
Each variety has its own dedicated page, displaying detailed information on seed characteristics, disease tolerance, and tech sheets. The content structure ensures quick readability while providing essential data for growers.

Traits Page
The Traits section highlights Enlist E3®, XtendFlex®, and STS soybean technologies, providing growers with options for herbicide tolerance and crop protection.

Video Integration
A video showcase page featuring real-world performance trials, testimonials, and educational content to engage visitors visually. The goal was to make learning about X-Class Soybeans dynamic and interactive rather than static text.

Event Calendar
Users can stay updated on upcoming agricultural events and trade shows where Seedway will be exhibiting X-Class Soybeans.

Contact & Team Page
A dedicated Meet Our Team section featuring Seedway representatives, complete with contact details and direct messaging options.

SEO & Performance Optimization

  • Optimized page load speeds for seamless browsing.

Final Thoughts 

This project was an exciting challenge that allowed me to blend creativity with technical expertise. Just as Musashi believed in adapting to the conditions of battle, I believe that great design is about strategy, fluidity, and execution. From conceptualizing the design to strategizing content and user experience, the X-Class website represents a powerful digital platform for Seedway’s latest innovations. My goal was to create something that is not just functional but also visually engaging and effortlessly informative.
